ARTWORK SEPARATION
Color or Artwork Separation is the method of separating original artwork into individual color components for printing. We have a dedicated artist for this service, using CoCo and ICISS.
CoCo (Color Correction) is a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop for both color correction and color separation. Ideal for photography and fine art color corrections, separations for t-shirt printing and creating spot color separations, bump plates and masks.
ICISS is a stand-alone color separation software that allows you to create nColor formulas, use minimum inks and flexibly handle out gamut areas. Ideal for all printing processes where color images are critical.

SCREEN STRETCHING
Screen Stretching is the process of spreading the fabric tightly onto a frame commonly done for screen printing purposes.
We utilize Sefar's technology in completing this service: from stretching clamps to mesh to tension meter, ensuring client's satisfaction on the finished product.

SCREEN EXPOSURE
Screen Exposure is the transferring of the art onto the screen. We use the photo emulsion technique for this service.
High-grade polymer emulsion coats the screen; cutting edge exposure unit hardens the emulsion; washing out will leave a negative stencil of the image on the screen.
